Our Order Process

Your Guarantee

All our goods are covered by a 'no arguments' 8 days guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied they can be returned within 8 working days for a full refund. If the goods we've supplied are not as we've described or are faulty, we'll pay for the postage. If you simply don't like them then you can still return them but you would have to pay the postage.

All our baitboats and accessories are guaranteed for an additional 12 months against technical failure during normal operation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PLEASE NOTE: Your credit card payments are NOT processed automatically. They are processed by a member of staff only after we ensure we can supply you. We treat your credit card security very seriously - your details NEVER leave our secure server.

How to Order

  1. Click on the "buy now" button. This takes you to the order page where you can select quantities etc.
    Please note: Clicking the "buy now" button does not commit you to buy - you will be given opportunity to amend or cancel your order before you log off the site.
  2. Return to the site & continue browsing. When you are ready to log off & confirm your order (or cancel it) click the View Shopping Basket link at the top of the order page.
  3. Click the check-out button and then follow the instructions.
  4. If you choose to pay by credit card please be assured our server connections are secure & no-one else can view your card details. We never email credit card information - it never leaves the secure server. The company we use to handle our secure on-line shopping system are registered with VeriSign. You can check out their authorisation by clicking on the VeriSign symbol on the order form. All information entered on your order form is transmitted in an encrypted form using the highest level SSL encryption, protecting it against disclosure to third parties.   5. If you don't want to pay by credit card or don't want to use our secure order system, you can place your order by using an alternative method (e-mail, phone, fax or letter).


Once your order has been received we will despatch to you within 48 hours or notify you of the approximate delivery date. Postage costs can be seen on our delivery costs page.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made in a number of ways:

  • credit card over the phone, by fax or using our secure on-line ordering system
  • cash paid into the bank (our bank details are available on request)
  • postal orders (UK customers only)
  • cheque (cheques take 5 bank working days to clear)
  • cash (UK customers only - always send cash by Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service)

Non-UK customers

  • Payment by cheque can be made by international cheques (Eurocheque) made out in £ sterling
  • Cash paid into the bank (our bank details are available on request)
  • If you pay by credit card the currency conversion is done automatically by your card provider, normally at no cost.
