At this point you can choose to upgrade to a 24 months warranty.
Simply choose either REPAIR BOOKING or REPAIR & 24 MONTH WARRANTY.
You can also add collection and delivery services, and we can even send you all the necessary boxes and packaging.
These will need to be paid for at the same time as making your repair booking.
The form is very straightforward, we need some details about you and what you are sending us, along with a brief description of any known issues with the boat, handset or any of the tech that you may have.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND BATTERIES WITH YOUR BOAT.
Once we have received your boat we will get cracking with a full diagnostics check.
Please make sure you put a note in with the boat when you send it to us, detailing your name, address and telephone number so that we can cross reference it with the bookings made and repair forms that have been submitted.
Once we have identified any work that needs to be done, we will make contact and run through all the details.
During the call we will explain the issue(s) and run through the cost of any repairs.
We can even send you a video demonstrating the issue so that you can see it for yourself.
If you are happy to proceed we will take payment and complete all the work required.
Once all the work has been completed we will then get your bait boat ready to send back to you, or if you have arranged to collect from us, we will let you know that it is ready to collect!
Before we send the boat back to you, we give each bait boat a clean and a polish, so that it looks like new!
That is the cycle complete!
